We've got a smile!
Finally... Mailee didn't get her "serious" face in front of the camera. Here is proof that she isn't the grinch's daughter. Here are a couple other cute pics I took of her.
You have such big and beautiful eyes! I love you so much. Many thanks to your Mom to have taken these pictures for all of us to adore you more. You are such a splendid sunshine in our lives.
And oh yes, Grandma just love your beautiful smile too! You look so cute with the dimples with your smile. Grandma always wanted to have those dimples growing up as a little girl. Somehow they make one's smile more gracious, I think.
John and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at our good friend Todd's wedding on December 29, 2007. Going home to the DC area to be near family and friends that we moved far away from 5 years ago made us realize how lucky we are! We have remained so tight with our high school and college friends AND have also made so many new amazing friends through our adventures with the Navy. Moving around so much makes it tough to keep in touch on all the latest and greatest happenings so we are hoping blogging is the answer!
We plan on posting lots of pictures and updates as we start our new lives here in Anacortes, WA. With a new baby on its way and major home renovations to our 1900 Victorian we will surely have lots to share. We hope that we can read up on all of our favorite people on their new blogs too! Happy Blogging!
