Welcome to the Hilburn family blog!
John and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at our good friend Todd's wedding on December 29, 2007. Going home to the DC area to be near family and friends that we moved far away from 5 years ago made us realize how lucky we are! We have remained so tight with our high school and college friends AND have also made so many new amazing friends through our adventures with the Navy. Moving around so much makes it tough to keep in touch on all the latest and greatest happenings so we are hoping blogging is the answer!
We plan on posting lots of pictures and updates as we start our new lives here in Anacortes, WA. With a new baby on its way and major home renovations to our 1900 Victorian we will surely have lots to share. We hope that we can read up on all of our favorite people on their new blogs too!

I just saw this as I check your blog every week on Tuesday! Thank you very much! Is Peggy's birthday actually 3/12? You know that is Jim's birthday too! Mailee is looking so beautiful and precious. We miss you...hope to see you soon. I know Grandma and Grandpa R are coming next month so I imagine it will be awhile before you come home again. Can't wait to see Mailee's Easter outfit I am sure it will be gorgeous. Love yall much!
