Mailee's 4 month check-up

Mailee had her 4 month check up and the doctor said she is perfectly healthy! She is in the 25th percentile for height and head circumference and 40th percentile for length/height...and of course the 100th percentile for cuteness - that's what daddy says at least.

Here are a few of her latest pictures... we found the doggie hat that Liam passed down to Mailee and had to get some shots of her in it. She wore it on our 10 mile run on Sunday (Mommy and Daddy are training for the 1/2 marathon next week and Mailee enjoys making the training extra tough for dad by making him push a stroller)

Had to post some jumperoo pictures too! Mailee seems to love it... Mom on the other hand isn't too pleased with her house turning into a circus with brightly colored baby toys EVERYWHERE! She came down stairs recently to Dad saying "don't open the door, you aren't going to be happy"... not listening, I opened the door to a smiling John and a very happy Mailee... and a HUGE baby jumper added to the swing, bouncy seat, activity mat and exersaucer. OH WELL... I've been outnumbered!

Dear Sweet Mailee,

It is priceless to see you and your Dad together at the "circus" with toys around the house. Your Mom has to get used to the house full of toys when she has a beautiful girl like you. You definitely are a "Daddy's girl". You are so lucky to have a wonderful Mom and a great Dad. You also looks beautiful in that dog hat that your cousin Liam gave you. He is just as handsome as you are beautiful. We are so lucky to have grandkids just like you and your cousin Liam.

We will see you soon - in 3 more weeks!

Tons of love and kisses to you,
Grandma R

Mailee is adorable! Seeing that hat made me cry though. We used to put it on Liam when we would go out on our long walks with Sabre.

Love the smile and love the smile on John's face when he is playing with her. Gorgeous family--and I am proud to be an extension of it. xo

Super cute pics! Treasure the days of the big house toys- they will be gone before you know it and one day you'll want to put them in one and they just won't fit anymore!

I love seeing you and your family. I am so happy for you Caren. I also love John's smile in the first pic.
